For a couple of years now, I have been lucky enough to work with Tammie Sarkozy’s clients (Tammie’s Angels), pre and post comp’. It’s always such an epic experience seeing the hard work each lady has invested in themselves and they all seriously beam with positivity and staunch confidence… Thanks to Tammy and these ladies, I had one of the most memorable weekends in my photographic career to date. And, thank you to the always wicked back-drop, CrossFit Torian!!! Here is a preview of what went down…

This morning saw me do a cool little shoot for ‘new kids on the block’ – CrossFit Disposition… Such a warm and friendly culture, beautifully fitted out space with only the best (Again Faster) equipment, and quality coaching and customer service. If you are local to Darra and the surrounds, it is well worth a visit! Thanks for having me team.

The old man is one crafty SOB… He materialises just about anything he dreams and this is no exception. Enter the ‘Speed Lounge’. Hand built and upholstered using the best Italian leather, over two freaking comfy race buckets, slapped together with rolling arm rests for the perfect ergonomic seating position, and capped off with stainless steel exhaust pipes at the back. It’s a real show piece and every car loving bogan needs one of these in their man cave!!! They can be customised in colour and badging too. Watch this space for more info…

I’ve been working with the CrossFit Torian team (and Brisbane Barbell Club) on a little project this week and while the low light conditions have challenged me, I am always in awe of the kick-arse culture and atmosphere of that box… It’s as epic as the physical, palatial environment itself. Today was a very cool, very creative day… And it was made cool and creative with the help of some amazing people both in front of the camera and behind the scenes… Amita’s shoot was made particularly amazing with the use of an awesome space at CrossFit Torian (thank you once again boys), her stunning makeup being flawlessly applied by the very talented Amanda Barnard of Amanda Alida Makeup, my little no. 2 assassin, Nadine, snapping away stealthily in the background, and painting with some light… And, THE MODEL posing like a BOSS and looking absolutely stunning (and dangerous)!!!
